Production includes all steps from weaving, fixation/dying and cutting. The belt webbing undergoes continuous checks throughout the entire production process in order to achieve the highest standard of quality and safety. Who are we
looking for?
As a production mechanic, you come into play when production machinery needs to be set up properly. You are acquainted with the processes in question, understand mechatronic systems and know which threads and textiles are to be used. You have mastered the operation of the machines and are responsible for quality inspection.

If you prove capable, you may progress to become a team or department leader. After training and with suitable professional experience, you can start training to become an industrial foreman in textiles or certified textile technician.
THE TRAINEESHIP IN DETAIL
As a production mechanic, you will work in our mill. Here, the focus is on setting up, controlling, maintaining, monitoring and repairing our machines and plants. Of course, you will need the necessary background knowledge of the structure and properties of textiles and must be able to handle raw, fibrous and auxiliary materials. You will ensure that quality is up to scratch during and after the manufacturing process, allowing the products to be further processed without a problem. As a production mechanic you will control textile manufacturing, determining and checking key characteristics during the production process. This also includes inspecting the various materials and preparing them for further use.
